What data we collect
When you contact us through the form, email or WhatsApp: your name, email, company, phone number if you share it, and the message you send.
When you visit the site and accept analytics cookies: anonymous, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate country.
We do not ask for sensitive data or payment details on this site.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message and prepare the assessment or proposal you ask for.
- To follow up on any services you hire us for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Why we can use it
We use your data because you give it to us so we can contact you (your consent) and, if you hire a service, because we need it to provide that service. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the site and communicate with you: the form delivery service, our email provider, WhatsApp if you message us there, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. Each one handles data under its own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as the conversation lasts and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and as required by law. If we do not end up working together, you can ask us to delete them.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it, Cancel it or Object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email us at info@dreamboxdev.mx with your name, the right you want to exercise and how we can reply. We will respond within 20 business days at most.
